It has been announced that WWE have formed a partnership with Anime streaming giants Crunchyroll to produce a new Anime series.

While the details of this project are hidden behind closed doors, there's sure to be information about the partnership later down the road. It's safe to say that WWE have a vast roster that could be transformed into anime characters, and this new project would seemingly fit in well with Crunchyrolls expanding library.

Notwithstanding, this wouldn't be the first time animation has centered around wrestling. WWE have made several cartoons in the last few years with well known names being involved, most recent being Rey Mysterio who currently has an anime surrounding him.

Anime has played a central figure in recent years within WWE, with The New Day wearing Saiyan armour from the Dragonball series to Ronda Rousey wearing a Vegeta shirt from the same series. Ricochet has been known to wear ring gear inspired by My Hero Academia's All Might.

With that being said, who would you like to see in anime form?

For this writer, the likes of Demon King, Finn Balor, The Undertaker and the Fiend would make for an awesome Anime series.
