Top NJPW Talent Set for AEW Dynamite Debut This Week?

At the moment it is strongly believed that NJPW Talent, Zack Sabre Jr will be making his AEW debut on this weeks edition of Dynamite, in the lead up to Forbidden Door. It has previously been reported that a notable number of NJPW Talent will appear on AEW TV this week to build towards matches for the huge AEW vs. NJPW pay per view event that is scheduled for this coming weekend.

Dave Meltzer, on his Wrestling Observer Radio noted that he has been led to belied that Sabre Jr showing up on Wednesdays show is a huge possibility. Meltzer also noted that ZSJ did not appear on this weeks New Japan Road Shows. Meltzer had said the following;

“I have been led to believe Zack Sabre’s on the show on Wednesday. Nobody’s outright said it, but he’s already done the promos and everything like that. I do know that there’s supposedly going to be some newcomers on Wednesday’s show, and if Zack’s wrestling Danielson, he definitely should be one of them. And Zack – a good reason to predict that also, is he was not on the Korakuen Hall show today. So, he’s free. In other weeks he was not free because he was on all those shows.”

NJPW has seen ZSJ rise through the ranks in recent years where he notably won the New Japan Cup in March of this year, for the second time in his career thus far. ZSJ called out AEW Talent, Bryan Danielson for a match at Forbidden Door in a post-match interview following NJPW Dominion.

That has yet to be officially announced at this time due to concerns surrounding Danielson’s status for the event as he has not been medically cleared to wrestle at this time. The last time Danielson wrestled was in the Anarchy in the Arena Match at Double or Nothing. One thing is for certain is that if these two lock horns at Forbidden Door, we are most certainly looking at a Match of the Year candidate as both men are technical submission wrestling masters and two of the best at what they do.
