Scots wrestling stalwarts to back tell-all report into UK industry's sex abuse scandle.
It has been reported that a Scots wrestling stalwart has backed a new Westminster report surrounding sexual abuse claims within the UK wrestling industry.
A new inquiry from all parties within Parliament will investigate the British wrestling scene and will look at how wrestling is operated. This will go across the whole of the UK.
It was announced last June that an all-female management team was anointed by a Scottish wrestling company, after their co-founder had resigned following claims of sexual harrassment and assault had been made against women.
Fierce Females, based in Glasgow, said they would introduce new saftey measures to make the sport a 'safe space' after Mikey Whiplash, who was the former boss, had resigned.
This came after numerous allegations were made against him.
Whiplash (real name Michael John Gilbert) had issued an apology and had admitted that he had grabbed a woman by the throat and was sending inappropriate messages to another young lady.
However, there have been several other allegations made across the UK wrestling scene of inappropriate behaviour.
