WES LEE TURNS HEEL ON THE RASCALZ AFTER MSK LOSES WWE NXT TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH

Wes Lee surprisingly turned heel on last night’s edition of WWE NXT, attacking his partners of The Rascalz after losing an NXT Tag Team Championship match against The Supersonic Duo, Axiom and Nathan Frazer.

Earlier in the night, Wes Lee was interviewed backstage and spoke about how he’s had some ups and downs in NXT, like winning the tag titles and having to vacate them and capturing the North American Championship, but the most important moment of his career was re-teaming with Zacwhary Wentz and Trey Miguel.

However, after coming up short in the main event and losing their shot at the NXT tag titles, Wes Lee lost it, superkicking Trey Miguel and kicking Zachary Wentz down below the belt. He then continued to beat them down ringside, putting Trey Miguel threw a security barricade and sending Zachary Wentz crashing into the steel steps.

This is Wes Lee’s first heel turn in WWE and a big shift in his character. It will be interesting to see what NXT has in store for him as a heel.
