Having been with AEW since 2021, Mark Henry's All Elite contract is expiring imminently.
As per Fightful Select, Mark Henry's current AEW deal is due to expire later this month. There's no word at this stage whether discussions are underway for the World's Strongest Man to extend his stay with Tony Khan's promotion or whether it may be a case of Mark Henry exploring other options.
Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion and ECW World Champion, in addition to being a WWE Hall of Famer, of course, Mark Henry joined AEW back in May 2021. During his time with the company, the two-time Olympian has served as an interviewer, and commentator, and has worked behind the scenes as a coach, mentor, and scout.
In terms of in-ring, Mark Henry last wrestled at the WWE Greatest Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia in 2018. Before that, the 52-year-old was part of WrestleMania 33's Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, which came two months after Mark Henry’s last singles match was a WWE Raw loss to Braun Strowman.
Since joining AEW, Mark Henry has teased lacing up the boots for one more match, but nothing has come of those teases as of yet. Away from AEW, Mark Henry has been a prominent part of Busted Open Radio for the past several years.
