Following TNA’s Jordynne Grace’s crossover to WWE NXT, top WWE star Drew McIntyre has teased a TNA return appearance.
On the May 28 edition of WWE NXT, TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace was revealed as Roxanne Perez’s NXT Battleground opponent for the NXT Women’s Championship. The shocking WWE appearance by a TNA star has caused a ripple effect throughout both companies.
A top WWE star has now chimed in after Mustafa Ali and Cedric Alexander commented on the crossover.
On May 29, former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre took to social media to post a photo of himself as TNA World Champion from his time in the promotion to tease a possible appearance. He wrote:
Doors open both ways.
This tease didn’t go unanswered long as current TNA World Champion Moose posted a photo of himself defeating McIntyre in the company. He wrote the following:
DREW i see where your Title obsession Began. If this is something you truly want. Have your Boss call my Boss. The outcome will be the same #TrustTheSystem #TheSystem
It remains to be seen if Drew McIntyre or Moose will appear in their opposing companies at the time of this writing.
