Match 1 - Glen Dunbar v Derren J Blair

I called this match to open the night. This is the first time I have seen Derren J Blair. This was student Darren J Blair taking on his trainer. The match started with Glen getting Derren in a head lock before throwing Derren again the ropes and knocking him down with his shoulder. Glen through Derren against the ropes again and looked for a hiptoss but Derren reversed it and hit his own hiptoss. Glen ended up in the corner and this allowed Derren to his a running elbow in the corner. Derren staid on the upper hand with big moves and Glen got sent out the ring. Derren went to dive but Glen screamed like a girl and hid in front of me so Derren stepped in the apron and hit a massive kick to Glen. Back in the ring and Glen said he was sorry to Derren and asked to shake his hand.

Both men shared the upper hand in each other. Glen when he had the upper hand tried to use tattics by sitting on Derren in the corner and asking the referee what the rule was, he then had Derren on the second rope and leaning on Derren as the referee counted up coming off him

at the count of 4. Glen then hit a running leg drop on Derren on the rope. Derren got back in the match with some big moves before Glen hit a spinebuster. Derren went for a move of the rope but Glen ducked it and Derren rolled through before Glen got to hit Glen hit his finisher for the 3 count.

Official thoughts - this is the first time I had seen Derren J Blair and thought he did really well and showed he has what it takes in other promotions. This match was a good match to start with and the crowd got going through the match.

As we where away to get announced the second match the music of George Thatcher hit and out come George, Scott Valentine, Falcon and Marc Munro. George took to the mic today that the 4 of them are knowing as ICR and that they will dominate Scotia Pro Wrestling (SPW) and they will win all the titles. George says the dominance starts with Scott and wishes him well.

Match 2 - Xander Davidson v Mercer v Scott Valentine

This match started with both Xander and Scott looking to team up against Mercer and Scott wanted to test the strength with Mercer but tried to be funny by putting it up high so Mercer couldn't reach. Mercer then gave Scott a hard right hand punch followed by a head butt on Xander. Mercer got the upperhand on both men for a while with heard hits and big moves. He had both men in opposit corners and went for punches in both men. Both men escaped to the outside and Mercer went to dive but bounced back off the rope to the make them think he was going to dive on them. He then acted like spider man hanging between top and middle rope before tripping both men up and then baseball sliding out the ring and head butting both men at same time. Xander and Scott managed to get on the upper hand with some team work and heavy hits and moves.

Xander went for a pin that Scott was not happy about then Scott went for the pin that Xander wasn't happy with and this turned with both men turning on each other and going back and forth with punchs and trying to get the upper hand on each other before both hit each other with a closeline. Mercer come back in and Xander in a submission move and made Xander pass out and referee stop the match.

After the match Lucha Scotland kept attacking George Thatcher and Falcon. Commissoner Reynolds came out once again and told Lucha Scotland to get out the ring and to the back Lucha said he hadn't done anything as he left but George Thatcher demanded Lucha DS come back out to the ring. Luch DS come back out. Kicked Marc Munro and Falcon before entering the ring again. George demanded Commissiner Reynolds gets in the run. The match starts with both men locking up and Colton getting the upper hand with the strength. Tallon starts to get on top with different combos but when he comes off the rope he is meet with a big boot from Colton. Colton gets the upper hand with big moves and different combos. Tallon starts to get back in the match by countering moves that Colton has went for in the corner with an elbow followed by a boot and also moving out the way in 2 corners so Colton collides with the corners. Tallon tries to lift Colton but can't and this lets Colton get Tallon in a head lock before sending him out the ring and said he's done for the count only for Tallon to get back in at 8. Tallon goes up top but is caught in the chokeslam and hits the massive chokeslam for the 3 count.

Official Winner - STILL SPW Defiance Champion - Colton Davis

Official thoughts - Tallon is a young incredible talent that will do well in the business and Colton again showed what he is here to do. The crowd were not into this and I think it's cause a lot did not know who Tallon JR was and hopefully if he comes back the crowd will be able to get behind him.

Thoughts on overall show - I thought this was a very good show. All talent in the show showed what they can do and played to the crowd and also the crowd were in to it for most of the show. I also liked to see Steven Magners is signed to a Ledgends Contract and to see different talents coming in the company too.

The next show is on the 12th of April in Dundee as they take over Change Centre
