Multiple Companies Interested In Signing Former WWE Tag Team Champion

“Multiple” companies have reportedly been interested in signing a WWE name who’s a three-time tag team champion in the company.

News emerged recently that Natalya had re-signed with WWE, but there was a “real possibility” she could have left – and she wasn’t the only name that other companies were looking at.

According to Fightful Select, Natalya’s husband TJ Wilson was also the subject of interest from “multiple” companies as a producer, although exactly which companies weren’t specified.

Wilson previously wrestled in WWE as Tyson Kidd, but after retiring from in-ring action in 2015 due to injury, he’s worked behind the scenes as a producer.

Wilson has often been praised specifically for his work regarding the women’s division.

There were no further details listed regarding his own contract situation, other than there “was” interest in him.

Natalya reportedly signed her new WWE contract in late June just before her existing deal expired, so she technically never became a free agent and wouldn’t have legally been able to receive offers from other companies.

Natalya hasn’t actually been backstage at any WWE shows since re-signing, but Wilson was backstage as recently as the latest episode of Raw where he worked on the six-woman tag match between Damage CTRL and Lyra Valkyria, Kayden Carter & Katana Chance.
