MATT RIDDLE NEXT MOVE AFTER WWE RELEASE REVEALED?

An update has emerged on the future of Matt Riddle following his WWE release, with the former US Champion Matt Riddle’s next move potentially being revealed.

Matt Riddle was let go by WWE during last week’s round of company cuts.

With Matt Riddle previously finding success in MMA and pro-wrestling, there has been a lot of speculation about the former WWE superstar’s next move as a free agent.

Per Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, there’s at least one major MMA promotion that is interested in bringing in the ex-WWE superstar.

Meltzer noted:

“I do know that Riddle has got at least one major MMA promotion, if not more, that are interested in bringing him back to MMA.”

Matt Riddle notably competed on the seventh season of UFC The Ultimate Fighter in 2008, before going on a brief UFC winning streak.

He also competed in MMA promotions Bellator and Titan FC before making the move to pro-wrestling in 2015.

Matt Riddle’s former Raw Tag Team Championship partner Randy Orton was recently spotted amid his WWE hiatus.
