KAYFABE CLIPS: Nikita Koloff tells Bob Caudle that he's got The Four Horsemen in his sights

The Russian Nightmare says he is going to systematically take out each of the members of the NWA's 'Most Elite Fighting Unit'

1987 - NATIONAL WRESTLING ALLIANCE - JIM CROCKETT PROMOTIONS

Nikita Koloff has joined the side of The American Dream Dusty Rhodes, which has made him the target of Ric Flair and The Four Horsemen. That doesn't faze The Russian Nightmare, who remains undaunted in his quest to bring the group down.

In this interview with commentator Bob Caudle, Nikita lays out how he will bring down both the Andersons and Tully Blanchard before eventually conquering the World Champion. As one of the biggest phenoms in the history of the promotion, Koloff had always been destined for greatness. And at this point in his career, he was on the hottest streak of his career and was wildly popular with the fan base.

Unfortunately, Koloff never ascended all the way to the World Championship, as he would step away from the business for a time to care for his wife, who was severely ill. Upon his return later, he grew more and more disenchanted with the wrestling industry. Over time, he sought a deeper meaning to his life than merely suplexes and slams.

Today, Nikita Koloff is far from the ring and now in the church. As an ordained minister, he travels the world, spreading the message of his faith. While he is still more than happy to reminisce on his time in professional wrestling with fans, he says he has found his true calling in life today - as a Champion of God.
