We at Real Rasslin have come to learn.
Could John Cena and 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin have significant roles to play at WWE WrestleMania XL? Maybe...
Taking to X, the ever-reliable WrestleVotes noted how everything WWE does is on purpose and that they could've used any WrestleMania XL trucks as the backdrop for The Rock's brutal, bloody decimation of Cody Rhodes to close out Monday’s Raw.
This WrestleVotes post would seem to be in response to the below Wrestle Ops one, which highlighted how the faces of John Cena and Steve Austin were extremely clear and present in the background as The Rock left Cody Rhodes lying in the dark, rainy car park of Chicago's Allstate Arena.
The wider point is, that WWE has a bunch of production trucks, with a bunch of current superstars on them including Charlotte Flair, Drew McIntyre, Logan Paul, Jey Uso, Seth Rollins, etc but they purposely chose to have The Rock beat up Cody Rhodes in front of a truck baring the visage of John Cena and Steve Austin.
Of course, some are now speculating that this could mean John Cena and Steve Austin may wind up involved in The Bloodline business at WrestleMania XL, with certain fans even suggesting the American Nightmare is essentially assembling his version of the Avengers by bringing together the likes of Seth Rollins, Jey Uso, John Cena, and Steve Austin to take down The Rock, Roman Reigns, and the entire Bloodline.
This also follows on from previous reports that John Cena, Steve Austin, and the Undertaker are all expected to be at this year's Showcase of the Immortals in some form or fashion.
