Jey Uso Makes WWE History With Intercontinental Championship Win

Jey Uso became Intercontinental Champion on last night’s WWE Raw and joins his father on a short list of father and son champions.

Uso’s father is WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi who was also an Intercontinental Champion and has commented on his son’s win.

Rikishi held the Intercontinental Championship from the June 22 2000 until July 6 where he would lose it to Val Venis on SmackDown.

With Jey Uso now picking up the win, the pair join Mr Perfect and his son, Curtis Axel, as the second father and son to hold the Intercontinental Championship.

My thoughts on this achievement as it has taken Jey 14 years to get his 1st singles gold I'm over the moon and very happy for Jey as he really deserves this and has worked hard to get through where he is.

Just how this match was built I thought that Bron Breakker would Retain the belt so I was totally surprised and happy that Jey got the win last night

We Would also love to hear what you guys think please leave your opinion on this too as your views and opinions are very important to us at Real Rasslin
