Jeff Hardy Addresses Future Plans After AEW Departure

Jeff Hardy has revealed more about his goal for his future plans after having recently departed All Elite Wrestling (AEW).

Jeff Hardy recently commented on his journey to restore his connection with the audience and looks to CM Punk for inspiration.

In an interview with MuscleManMalcolm in advance of his recent return to TNA Wrestling, Jeff Hardy commented on his future plans to reconnect with the fans.

Jeff Hardy said:

“With me and things that have happened in my personal life, I’ve had to rebuild things over and over again. I’m very excited about rebuilding this time, not to burn it down, talking about my career and my existence.

When I think about (CM) Punk, I always say he’s such a superpower. I had that superpower at one point in my life. I’m rebuilding to get it back because I have an amazing connection with the fans, as everybody knows, and I have to prove to myself and them that there is a little light inside of me that is going to shine brighter than ever.”

Jeff Hardy made his return to TNA Wrestling at the Friday June 14 Against All Odds event where he appeared after the show’s main event.

The match saw the return to the ring of Matt Hardy’s wife Reby who ultimately would be driven through a table inadvertently near the end of the match.

After the System waged a beatdown that could not be fended off by Hardy, Nic and Ryan Nemeth and even Joe Hendry, then Jeff Hardy appeared to clean house.

It has since been reported that both Matt and Jeff Hardy are currently working in TNA Wrestling without contracts, rather on a per appearance basis at this time.
