The show starts on an eerie promo from Mox. The music set the tone. Mox cut a promo about how the BCC was started for something more but it has been corrupted. Mox seems to really be aiming to be the first four time AEW Champion. After that promo cut of Darby Allin skating into the arena. Darby for those who have been paying attention is one Mox originally called out. Maybe a triple threat to end Bryan Danielson's career?

The most important thing that came out of this was Christian Cage and Killswitch may not be about to break up? Just nothing in this promo was half way interesting. It also does not benefit views since AEW is building towards Mox against Danielson.

A nice long entrance from Jack Perry. Although he may need to get that belt check on his bus. Lio Rush was accompanied by Action Andretti. Perry jump starts the match. This does not create an advantage for Jack as Leo fights back and is able to get Jack Perry to escape the ring. Rush escaped an apron DDT to the floor. He does not escape his face hitting the ring apron. After goading from Jack Perry Action Andretti would be expelled from ringside. Standing Spanish Fly from Leo gets him a two count. Jack Perry would answer that with a Snake Eyes to the middle turnbuckle. Then a series of Snap Dragon Suplex. Commentary mentions Kenny Omega at this time. Are they planting seeds or just really wishing the Best Bout Machine a healthy recovery? A knee strike gets the Scapegoat Jack Perry the victory.

There was going to be a trios match with Private Party and Kommander but Claudio, Mox, Pac, and Marina Shafir takes them out. PAC is cuts a promo about they are the product of their environment.

Very Nice segment from Hangman. It shows him slightly moving away from Swerve since Swerve is taking time off.

The Spanish God has a very nice Jacket on for his return to Dynamite. This looks to be a fast paced amazing match. They do start with some fast paced reversals and pin attempts exhibiting their speed and agilitty. Ricochet does get the slight advantage. After Richochet dives out of the ring the two men fight up the ramp. Sammy slams Richochet into the entrance. Guevara hits a thrust kick before Moonsaulting off the tunnel. Fans chant Holy Shit and they are not wrong. The action returns to the ring and it is all Sammy Guevara. Ricochet attempted to fight out of a vertical suplex but does not succeed. Guevara with a tornado dive to Ricochet. Ricochet would then do a double jump senton off the corner barricade. He dang near landed on the steps. Running Shooting Star Press for a two count. Taz lied and said most men would succumb to that. I have not seen that get a win in a very very long time. Sammy hits a destroyer. This leads to a cutter from the top rope and pin. Richochet kicks out. Sammy climbs back to the top Shooting Star Press attempt Ricochet moves. Sammy tries for hte GTH. Richochet escapes and an ax kick to Sammy's Head. Vertigo by Richochet for the win. Great match. Can we have more of this type match? Beast Mortos does attack Ricochet after the match. Sammy runs him off with a chair.

Darby called Mox out. This is the third time to see him and Marina Shafir. Darby is pulling a MJF you were my hero promo. Mox wants Darby to hand over the title shot because Darby is "not ready". Mox puts out the challenge for that shot at Grand Slam. Mox bows before leaving the ring.

I feel like Tony Khan really likes Queen Aminata as she has went from a no body on RoH to a staple of AEW. Both ladies are equal in exchanging blows. Aminata does have a height and therefore reach advantage. After Aminata misses a hip attack Mariah May takes control of the match. Aminata does deliver a nice German suplex. She then poses for the camera before pinning May. This gets her a two count. May hits a Spiking DDT for a two count. Mariah May wins with a Storm Zero. Apparently the Championship celebration is being held off until Mina Shirakawa comes back.

A Learning Tree versus Iron Savages. Jericho wrestles in his "ruined" jacket. Big Bill gets tagged in and Boulder and him square off. Both men seem to be equal in mass. Boulder misses a splash. Keith tags himself in as Bill does a big boot. Diamond dust to Jameson nad Jericho does a one footed pin for the win. Super super quick trios match.

Stupid segment. Nice swerve on not destroying the car. The problem was the over reaction.

AEW Grand Slam just got bigger. Bryan Danielson against Nigel McGuinness. No details on the stipulation.

This is going to be interesting as it is a first. The first team is FTR. Second is the United Empire team of Will Ospreay and Kyle Fletcher. Ospreay has not lost a Casino Gauntlet match that he has been in. Ospreay and Cash take the ring early. Two early attempts for the Oscutter. Rebound powerbomb by Dax almost puts the match away. Ospreay forced to kick out after a splash from Cash. The Righteous then comes out. Bossman slam senton combo almsot wins the match for the Righteous. Dutch stops a Styles Clash from Ospreay Half and Half by Fletcher. Fletcher is taking out the Righteous. Undisputed Kingdom enters in some nice black attire. Kingdom attacks Fletcher. Ospreay saves him but then becomes the object of the onslaught. Hockey fight between FTR and Ospreay/Fletcher. Proton Pack combo nearly wins the matchfor The Kingdom. The Rightous and the Kingdom then face off. The Acclaimed comes out. I suspect there will be a good face off between the Acclaimed and FTR. Bowens and Caster beat down Dutch, Bennett, Vincent, and Taven. Caster with a slam to Dutch gets a two. Bowens and Caster both hit a fame-asser on Dax. Not the epic stare down I expected. MxM out. they clear the ring. Two poses after big moves may cost them the match. Massive chain suplex by three of the teams. Almost a scissoring in the ring between MxM and the Acclaied. Elbow drop off the top by Caster almost ends the match. Dual figure four by United Empire and Double Scorpion Deathlock by FTR. The Righteous stops both submissions. Top Flight is the sixth team. Dante and Ospreay have the epic showdown and amazing sequence for the match. Shatter Machine to Bowens. The pin is broken up by pretty much all of the other teams. Outrunners comes out. Outrunners take all of thier opponents. Grizzled Young Vets are met on the ramp by FTR. Looks like these two teams are done. Monsoor suplexed by Turbo Floyd to a mass of people on the outside. Outrunners almost win but Vincent stops the count. Dante almost wins the match with a hurricanrana on Fletcher. Crossover stopped by knees being up. Hiddenblade by Ospreay to Dante. Will Ospreay continues to be undefeated in Casino Gauntlet Matches.
