Charlotte Flair Provides WWE Injury Update After 6 Months Away

WWE star Charlotte Flair has provided an update after having been out of action for the last six months due to injury and subsequent surgery.

Despite facing adversity from the major injury, Charlotte Flair continues to document the challenging process of getting back into the ring.

The 14-time WWE women’s champion wrote on Instagram:

~Injury Update~

Today, was my first biodex (isokinetic training) test! I needed to be in the 40 percent or less deficit for strength compared to my non surgical leg…..

I had 20 percent or less quad strength and in some of the measurements I was stronger in my surgical leg… 🤯🙏🏻

I MISS YOU GUYS & can’t wait to lace my boots again!

💎🦚🦋🏔️

Love,

👸🏼

Flair has been out of action since December 8, 2023 – where she unfortunately suffered a torn ACL, torn meniscus and torn MCL during a match with Asuka on SmackDown.

Another WWE star recovering from an ACL injury is NXT’s Cora Jade who has also posted about biodex sessions. You can click here to read more about that.

As she was out of action with injury at the time it took place, Charlotte Flair was not assigned a brand in 2024 WWE Draft.

Everyone at RealRasslin continues to wish Charlotte Flair the best in her post-injury rehabilitation.
