We kick the night off with Orange Cassidy. He is setting a tone for his war against the faction led by Jon Moxley. He vows to go against Mox alone and take the AEW World Championship.

Buddy Mathews extends the hand and Adam Cole shakes it. Matthews is able to push Cole into the corner. Cole and Matthews looks almost like they are on equal footing until Cole takes a spill to the outside. Cole looks to have some ring rust. Cole attempted a Panama Sunrise. Buddy Matthews blocks it then starts to work on the ankle. Cole is selling the pain. A tease of a medical stoppage. Cole returns with some piss and vinegar but Buddy goes back to the ankle. Cole fights back with a series of kicks punctuated with a running knee. Two count. Another attempt for a Panama Sunrise but that is turned into a buckle bomb. Buddy then does the stomps for about a one count. A Superkick finally allows for a successful Panama Sunrise. Matthew rolls to the outside. Cole will hit another Panama Sunrise on the outside. Cole wins the match after they get back in the ring. One match down for the three that he needs to face MJF.
Lights go out and Malaki Black appears to shake hands with Adam Cole.
We hear again from Kyle Fletcher. A farce of a call out for Will Ospreay. We do get a return of Mark Davis. Unfortunately, it is not a reunion of Aussie Open. Kyle offers Mark a spot in the Don Callis Family. Mark Davis refuses.
Mox and company comes out to answer the challenge. Mox promises to hurt someone in their match. He even looks to sacrifice Wheeler Yuta. Orange Cassidy out for the save. Numbers take Orange out. Dark Order acts as another wasted effort to save someone. From the rafters comes Darby Allin to attack Claudio. Alex Reynolds has to help Darby from his rigging. Private Party also comes out to help. Once the EVP's music hits Mox and Company leave the ringside.

Going into this match I cannot see the Young Buck losing. Therefore it does not have the same attention as other matches on the card. This seems to be a typical match that the Young Bucks wrestle. Quen lays out Isiah with the bell on accident. Something to give heat for an ensuing feud. The optics of the Falcon Arrow then Superplex was nice. The two count afterwards was stupid. Risky Business gets a two count for the Young Bucks. Another misstep by the Buck is dragging Quen to the top of the stairs. I don't care if Okada delivered a tombstone or not. That is just story telling for a surprise save. Bucks attempts execute a Gin and Juice for a two count. Superkick party. Two count. Like I said earlier surprise save by Quen. Private Party wins.
I am shocked. I feel like Private Party deserve it. Not only are they AEW originals but they have dealt with some less than desirable pairings while Quinn was injured.

This match on paper can go either way. It is one powerhouse against another powerhouse. The question becomes does Kris Statlander defeat Kamille in order to face Mone or does Kamille establish herself as a brick wall. Excalibur exclaims a stalemate. Kamile does win the stalemate. Statlander fights her way back into the match and almost gets a two count on Kamille. Statlander misses the 450 Splash. Kamille tries to capitalized but only gets a two count Kamille with a Torture Rack Powerbomb for a two count. Statlander reverses a Tombstone into a Tombstone for a victory. Mone attacks from behind. Is anyone surprised?
A nice beatdown for The Stooge Brandon Cutler. Does Mox and his crew not have their sights set on the former AEW Tag Team Champions?

Both of these men are on fire. Shelton is having a renessaince in AEW. Swerve chops Benjamin but no effect. Shelton Benjamin just seems to shrug off the early offense of Swerve Strickland. Hurricanrana against Shelton Benjamin takes him down. Swerve does hook a illegal arm bar onto Shelton Benjamin. Swerve would use the corner post. Shelton does not let this slow him down. Benjamin picks up his aggressive moves. High Crotch toss by Shelton Benjamin makes it look easy to throw Strickland around. After a series of counters Swerve knocks Shelton into the ropes with a spinning kick. Swerve is getting cocky and starting to dance. Benjamin is on the proverbial ropes. Missile Drop Kick by swerve to the back of Shelton Benjamin's head. Swerve looks to have Benjamin in trouble until Shelton gets a chimera lock out of no where. House Call by Swerve followed by a 450 splash gets a two count. Benjamin played opossum to climb the ropes but that is turned into a Liger Bomb by Swerve. Swerve Stomps for the win. Good match by both men.
Bobby Lashley finally debuts. Swerve does not get to enjoy his victory. Hurt Syndicate leave the night victorious.
