Daniel Garcia Crowned NEW PWG Champion!

After winning the Battle for Los Angeles Tournament in January, Daniel Garcia was granted a title opportunity against the former Champion, Bandido. This Sunday in the Main Event of PWG’s Delivering The Goods, Garcia got his opportunity to capture the gold and he did not waste that opportunity.
As you can see from the Tweet above, Garcia was able to snatch the victory from Bandido in a competitive match up, defeating the former champion with a Sharpshooter. This loss comes after Bandido had held he PWG Championship for 863 days.
Garcia is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling where he is a part of the Jericho Appreciated Society, led by Chris Jericho. It was reported that AEW had pulled several wrestlers that were slated for Delivering The Goods following a scheduling conflict that included Dante Martin, ROH Pure Champion Wheeler Yuta and JD Drake.

Aussie Open (Kyle Davis and Kyle Fletcher) def. World Class Wrecking Crew (Royce Issacs and Jorel Nelson). After the match, Aussie Open challenged PWG World Tag Team Champions Malakai Black and Brody King to a future match. The WCWC replaced The Briscoes, who pulled out of the show due to a family emergency.

Konosuke Takeshita def. Aramis.
Taurus def. Blake Christian
Biff Busick def. Speedball Mike Bailey. Busick came to the ring wearing a Super Dragon mask and was billed as Super Dragon. After the match, Busick took a shot at Dragon and said that he wanted a shot at the PWG Championship.
Daniel Garcia def. Bandido to win the PWG Championship. After the match, Garcia challenged Konosuke Takeshita to a match at the next PWG event. Takeshita said he would be the next champion.
