The Nexus debuted on June 7 2010 on Monday night Raw, the group included Wade Barrett, Daniel Bryan, Darren Young, Skip Sheffield (Ryback), Justin Gabriel, Heath Slater and David Otunga where they had caused total and utter carnage on that night‘s episode of Raw, as well as the infamous incident where Daniel Bryan had strangled then ring announcer Justin Roberts with his own tie. Which then lead to Daniel Bryan being fired not long after. The group also had several other members join them during the run with WWE, such as CM Punk and John Cena mostly for (storyline purposes). After which this had led to the group disbanding and several members leaving or being let go from WWE.
It will be very interesting to see how this documentary will turn out and I wonder if we will get the full story of why the group was not utilised to the best of its potential.
